Over the past years, we have successfully expanded in Central Asia and are now focused on opening up new markets: MENA, the US, and Europe. Fintech and telecommunications are some of the sectors that we are impacting through use of machine learning. To power our expansion, we are looking for ambitious professionals to become ‘zyplies’ across our team - from sales and marketing to machine learning and analytics.


In the sales department of our company, a position is open for the position of Account Executive. One of the key tasks in this position is the management of our existing customers: banks, microfinance organizations, etc. Negotiation skills and the ability to multitask is a must.


  • Communication with partners (mainly banks, microcredit organizations, telecom companies, etc.);
  • Monitoring sales indicators with partners;
  • Collecting feedback on software usage and providing it to product team;
  • Tracking # of requests from partners;
  • Reaching out to potential partners and negotiation of partnership;
  • Organizing meetings with partners and other team members (solving issues, delivering updates, etc.);
  • Providing weekly, monthly and annual reports to the management.


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, marketing or related area;
  • Experience with CRM system (amocrm, salesforce, bitrix24) is required;
  • Strong analytical and research skills;
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
  • Background in finance and accounting is considered as an advantage;
  • Prior experience in enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment is a major plus;
  • Excellent knowledge of written and oral Russian is mandatory; knowledge of English is a major plus;
  • Ability to multi-task is a must.
