Over the past years, we have successfully expanded in Central Asia and are now focused on opening up new markets: MENA, the US, and Europe. Fintech and telecommunications are some of the sectors that we are impacting through use of machine learning. To power our expansion, we are looking for ambitious professionals to become ‘zyplies’ across our team - from sales and marketing to machine learning and analytics.


Chief People Officer oversees the formulation and execution of human resources management strategies, including recruitment, training, and development. An ideal candidate for this role should have a proven track record in fostering a dynamic and enjoyable team environment. From identifying recruitment needs to spearheading the interview process and facilitating the onboarding of new hires, the CPO assumes a proactive role in consistently providing talented individuals to enhance the performance of the company's teams.


Personnel Management:

  • Development and implementation of recruitment strategies, including defining personnel needs and hiring plans;
  • Management of the hiring processes, including creating job vacancies, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates;
  • Development of training and development programs for employees.

Personnel and Employee Relations:

  • Ensuring effective personnel management and conflict resolution
  • Development and implementation of policies related to employee relations
  • Organization of programs and events aimed at improving employee satisfaction and motivation

Performance Management and Personnel Evaluation:

  • Development and implementation of performance evaluation systems and success criteria;
  • Organization of performance reviews and providing feedback to employees;
  • Management of motivation and reward programs.

Corporate Culture Management:

  • Development and maintenance of corporate culture aligned with the organization's goals and values;
  • Implementation of strategies to maintain a positive work environment;
  • Creation of programs aimed at increasing employee engagement.

Labor Legislation and Compliance:

  • Compliance with labor laws and management of risks associated with labor relations;
  • Development and updating of policies and procedures in accordance with current legislation.

Talent Management:

  • Development and implementation of talent management strategies, including attracting, developing, and retaining key employees;
  • Planning career growth and development for employees.


  • At least 5 years experience in the role of CPO and related roles;
  • Passion for team building and mission-driven work;
  • Fluent in English and Russian, understanding of Tajik is highly preferred;
  • Ability to identify a plan of action and drive execution across departments;
  • Experience with G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides - especially Google Calendar);
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
