Over the past years, we have successfully expanded in Central Asia and are now focused on opening up new markets: MENA, the US, and Europe. Fintech and telecommunications are some of the sectors that we are impacting through use of machine learning. To power our expansion, we are looking for ambitious professionals to become ‘zyplies’ across our team - from sales and marketing to machine learning and analytics.


We seek an experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our AI-powered product portfolio. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the development and lifecycle of our products, from concept to launch and beyond. In this pivotal role, you will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning engineering, data science, and customer success to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure seamless product launches. You will conduct comprehensive market research, gather customer insights, and leverage data analytics to continuously enhance and evolve our offerings.


  • Translate business strategy into product strategy
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
  • Elicit and prioritize product requirements from diverse stakeholders
  • Drive the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring on-time delivery and quality execution.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize and manage product backlog, sprint planning, and release cycles.
  • Analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market data to iterate on product features and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate product updates, milestones, and roadmap plans to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Serve as a product evangelist, advocating for the product internally and externally, and supporting sales and marketing efforts as needed.


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager for software/SaaS products
  • Proven track record of successfully managing software or technology products through the entire product lifecycle.
  • Deep understanding of agile product development methodologies and best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
  • Knowledge of AI/ML technologies is a distinct advantage
