On September 12, 2024, Spitamen Bank and zypl.ai signed an agreement to establish Spitamen AI Lab, a unique platform for developing cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies in Tajikistan.

Since 2021, zypl.ai has been collaborating with Spitamen Bank, offering solutions for credit scoring and debt prediction. Now, zypl.ai is expanding its partnerships with banks and other sectors through its “AI as a Service” model, including the creation of AI labs and subscription-based access to the “Lucid” software platform.

The first initiative of the lab will focus on developing an intelligent chatbot for Spitamen Bank, which will become the bank’s digital face, providing customers with convenient digital services. The project aims to integrate AI into daily life and business operations, enhancing customer service and operational efficiency at the bank.

Spitamen AI Lab is a space where ideas transform into innovations. The project seeks to advance artificial intelligence in Tajikistan, unlocking new technological opportunities for the region.
