Description:
We are seeking a Chief People Officer to lead the development and implementation of human resources strategies. This key role involves talent acquisition, employee training and development, managing corporate culture, and fostering a positive work environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience building high-performing teams, designing HR processes, and attracting top talent to support the company’s rapid growth.
Responsibilities:
Human Resource Management:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies, including workforce planning.
• Oversee the hiring process, from job posting to interviews and onboarding.
• Organize employee trainings and professional development programs.
Employee Relations and HR Policies:
• Design and implement HR policies, including conflict resolution.
• Plan initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
Performance Management:
• Implement performance evaluation systems and success metrics.
• Conduct regular employee evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop employee motivation and reward programs.
Corporate Culture:
• Foster and sustain a corporate culture aligned with the company’s mission and values.
• Create programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Labor Law and Risk Management:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage risks related to employee relations.
• Develop and update company policies and procedures.
Talent Management:
• Implement strategies for attracting, developing, and retaining key talent.
• Plan career growth and professional development paths for employees.
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience as a Chief People Officer or a similar role.
• Passion for team building and mission-driven work.
• Fluency in English and Russian; knowledge of Tajik is an advantage.
• Ability to design and implement organization-wide strategies.
• Proficiency in G-Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Google Calendar).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
