Aion Credit Bureau, developed by Zypl.ai, is an innovative AI-driven solution designed for data analysis and credit process optimization. We are looking for a Customer Success Operator to serve as the vital link between our clients and the platform.

This role is perfect for someone eager to work with data, provide high-quality support, and contribute to product improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Assist clients in utilizing the Aion platform effectively.
• Support customers in resolving technical and organizational issues related to the platform.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to the development team to improve product functionality.
• Maintain records of client inquiries and their statuses.
• Guide clients in working with credit data and navigating the platform.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer support, especially in finance or IT, is an advantage.
• Knowledge of credit products or data management is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Russian and English; knowledge of Tajik is a bonus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve issues efficiently.
