Middle+ Backend Developer

About the job

We're looking for a Python Backend Engineer to help us build scalable AI-powered fintech products used by 30+ financial institutions across 10+ markets.

What you’ll do

• Build and scale backend services in Python

• Develop APIs (FastAPI/Django/Flask)

• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases

• Implement async processing (Celery, queues)

• Contribute to system design and architecture

• Work with cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS)

• Improve CI/CD pipelines

What we're looking for

• 3–5+ years of backend development experience

• Strong Python skills (FastAPI/Django)

• Solid understanding of APIs and databases

• Experience with Git & Docker

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, AKS, OpenShift)

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)

• Intermediate English

Nice to have

• Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka

• Experience with MLflow

• Fintech or risk domain experience

Tech stack
