Our vision is to emerge as a premier global ‘AI factory’ that develops and deploys AI products, generating net good for individuals and organizations. We are currently closing a bridge round from global investors from the United States, Canada, Singapore, United Arab Emirates and Kazakhstan to fuel the next chapter of our journey.

Over the past years, we have successfully expanded in Central Asia and are now focused on opening up new markets: MENA, the US, and Europe. Fintech and telecommunications are some of the sectors that we are impacting through use of machine learning. To power our expansion, we are looking for ambitious professionals to become ‘zyplies’ across our team - from sales and marketing to machine learning and analytics.

Description:

The ideal candidate for this position should possess prior experience in sales at a fintech, software or other technology-related company. Prior experience in a startup environment is highly valued. Alternatively, candidates with a background in sales of banking products are similarly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies, leveraging a minimum of 5 years of experience, ensuring successful campaigns and initiatives for corporate clients;
  • Drive corporate sales initiatives using a deep understanding and successful track record in corporate sales to lead initiatives that drive growth and acquisition of corporate clients;
  • Formulate and implement strategies aimed at effectively attracting and retaining key corporate clients;
  • Provide successful leadership to the marketing team, demonstrating the ability to motivate and develop team members for optimal performance;
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, conduct data analysis, and make well-informed decisions;
  • Develop and manage sales funnels for leads generated at conferences, ensuring effective monetization and conversion;
  • Develop marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals, emphasizing a focus on achieving long-term results;
  • Demonstrate an understanding of and proficiency in leveraging modern technologies and tools in the field of B2B marketing;
  • Display excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey marketing strategies and initiatives;
  • Interact proactively and efficiently with key stakeholders and other departments within the company to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 year of experience in marketing;
  • Strong analytical and research skills;
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
  • Prior experience in enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment is a major plus;
  • Excellent knowledge of written and oral Russian is mandatory; knowledge of English is a major plus;
  • Ability to multi-task is a must.
